    Chairman's Message

Driven by Vision, Rooted in Values: The Indraman Singh Way

Indraman Singh has come to be recognized as one of the preeminent educationists of our time. And the influence of his life and work continues to grow. Many of the educational concepts and methods he introduced are now finding expression in education and other spheres, contributing in far reaching ways to more integrated, humane, and spiritual vision of human life.

He still remembers the humiliations of his childhood regarding his education. Born into a small village of Uttar Pradesh, he dreamed to have higher education. After completing primary school in the village, he moved to Mumbai to one of his relative’s house to study further. But he ended up working in his relatives shop. Somehow, he managed to complete class 10th and then technical education by joining a night school. He worked as waiter in a small inn.

After settling down in Pune, he opened an electronic repair shop. He remembers his struggle that led to a burning desire to help the poor with the best education. Overcoming every problem, he established a school in 1982 at Bhosari with five students. It has grown into a group with a number of schools and colleges with about 15,000 students in all. Singh sir is a down-to-earth person who loves to be in nature.

    Dear Parents, Students, and Well-Wishers,

It is with immense pride and joy that I welcome you to our school community, where we strive to provide a holistic and transformative education to our students from Nursery to Grade 10. As we embrace the evolving landscape of education, we are committed to aligning our practices with the visionary frameworks of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2022, the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2022, and the NCF 2023.

At the heart of our educational philosophy lies the belief that every child is unique, with immense potential waiting to be unlocked. The NEP 2022 emphasizes experiential learning, critical thinking, and creativity, and we have integrated these principles into our curriculum to ensure that our students are not just learners but also innovators and problem-solvers.

Our curriculum, designed in accordance with the NCF 2022 and NCF 2023, focuses on flexibility, multidisciplinary learning, and the development of 21st-century skills. We aim to nurture well-rounded individuals who are not only academically proficient but also socially responsible, emotionally resilient, and environmentally conscious.

Our Commitment to Parents, Learners and Well-Wishers,

    1. Foundational Stage (Nursery to Grade 2):
    • We focus on play-based and activity-based learning to build a strong foundation in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

    • We transition to a more structured yet flexible approach, integrating experiential learning with core subjects.
    • Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, communication, and collaboration through projects, group activities, and hands-on experiences.
    • Language development is prioritized, with a focus on multilingualism as recommended by NEP 2022.
    1. Middle Stage (Grade 6 to Grade 8):
    • We introduce multidisciplinary learning, allowing students to explore connections between subjects like science, arts, and social sciences.
    • Skill development is prioritized, with a focus on coding, digital literacy, and vocational training as per NEP 2022 guidelines.
    • Life skills education is integrated to help students develop resilience, empathy, and decision-making abilities.
    1. Secondary Stage (Grade 9 to Grade 10):
    • Our goal is to prepare students for board examinations while fostering life skills, ethical values, and global awareness.
